Enrica Bonzagni

Enfield, Connecticut- Enrica (Terzi) Bonzagni, 98, Ascended Into the Journey of Everlasting Life, on May 23, 2017; surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of 58 years to the late Biagio Bonzagni, who predeceased her on November 14, 1997. Enrica was also predeceased by two brothers, Peter and Caesar Terzi; and one sister, Caroline Bargatti. Enrica was born on September 13, 1918, in Springfield, a daughter of the late Ernesto and Adalgisa Terzi. She was a resident of Enfield for 60 years, most recently a resident of Parkway Pavilion. Enrica was a member of St. Bernard’s Church. She is survived by one son and his wife, Ronald and Susan Bonzagni, of Liverpool, NY; a daughter and her husband, Linda Bonzagni and Richard Arsenault, of Granby, MA; one grandson and his wife, Neil and Holly Bonzagni of Brunswick, MD; and three great grandchildren, Mia, Joel and Gabriel.
The family will gather and receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00PM on Tuesday (May 30, 2017) in the Forastiere Smith Family Funeral Home, 220 North Main St., East Longmeadow. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 AM from the funeral home on Wednesday (May 31st, 2017) with a procession and Liturgy of Christian Burial to follow in St. Bernard’s Church, 426 Hazard Ave., Enfield, CT.
