Joyce Lee Beirne

SOUTHWICK- Mrs. Joyce Lee (Prosco) Beirne, 66, was unexpectedly called home from this life on Sunday, February 19,2017; surrounded by her loving family.
Joyce was born in New Haven, Connecticut on December 7, 1950 to the late John and Rose (Beckstein) Prosco. She graduated from West Springfield High School in 1969. She lived in Southwick most of her life; and worked at Mestek Inc., in Westfield. Joyce leaves her husband, Michael; and her three children, James Blanch and his wife Andrea and their three children, Andrew, Kendall and James; John Blanch and his wife Julianne and their two children, Skylar and Noah; and her daughter Michelle Beirne. She also leaves her six siblings, her brother Eugene and his wife Levina Wooding, her sister, Linda Hosmer, her brother, Marvin Prosco, her sisters, Patricia Prosco, Marie Lemarier, Kathy and her husband James Beresford. She will be missed by many beloved nieces and nephews. Calling hours are from 4:00PM – 7:00PM on Thursday February 23, 2017 in the Southwick Forastiere Family Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, (Highway 202/10) , Southwick. A funeral home service will take place at 10:00AM on Friday February 24 2017. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will take place in the Spring, in New Cemetery, Southwick.
