Linda L. Gamble

Linda L. Gamble, 69, was called home Friday, May 10, 2019. Born August 13, 1949 in Springfield, MA, she was a daughter to the late George and Evelyn (Dibble) Holt. Linda graduated from Holyoke Community College in the winter of 2008, proving to her children that anything is possible. She retired from HCS Headstart, and was loved and admired by her kids, parents and fellow co-workers. Her crafts were her passion and she was amazingly talented. She shared her love and wisdom of her talent with anyone wanting and willing to learn. Linda loved her campsite at Lake Dean and fellow campers. She will miss that place of peace the most. She will be remembered for her courage and kindness always. Love you Mom…. She is survived by her children Scott, Kimberly and William; grandchildren Joseph, Emily, William and Robert; brothers William and Donald Holt; and other loving relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings George, Jean (Laplante), Roger, Robert and Eddie Holt. Calling hours will be held from 4-6PM on Thursday, May 16th at Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home, 985 Main St., Agawam with a celebration of life ceremony beginning at 6pm.
