Marie Elizabeth Hutchins

Marie Elizabeth (Kendrick) Hutchins, 66, passed away unexpectedly on April 28, 2021. Marie was born in the heart of England in Burton-Upon-Trent, Staffordshire on December 15, 1954 to the late Wilfred and Mary Kendrick. Marie worked as a nurse, until she met the love of her life Rodney C. Hutchins, and together they came to the US to start a family.
Marie was an avid reader, loved to crochet and gift her creations to family and friends. She was a dedicated Band Mom for both the Sapphire Sound, and the Marching Mohawks. Both Bands became a second family to her. She was fiercely proud of her family, dedicated to her beloved husband, children, and grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of almost 40 years Rodney, her children who include: Her Son Michael and his son Gideon, her Daughter Christina, Husband Robert and their children Dean and Peyton, and her Daughter MaryRose. Her sister Julie Evans and her husband Greg, and her entire extended family around the world.
Marie’s family would like to thank everyone who has reached out during this difficult time. The love the family has felt from everyone who knew her has been a comfort in this difficult time.
Marie’s family will be having a small memorial service Saturday May 8, from the hours of 1-4 PM at her Daughters home, 21 Raymond Circle in Agawam MA. Friends and family are invited to stop by at staggered times to share memories, comfort and say goodbye.
