Michael Redin Sr

Bonita Springs, Florida-Michael G. Redin, Sr.
age 65, of Bonita Springs, FL (formerly of East Longmeadow, MA) passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019. Michael was born on April 11, 1953 in Springfield, MA to the late Walter and Norma (Faust) Redin. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Rhea (Moran) Redin ; children, Evan (Michelle) Proulx, Rose (Fred) DeMinico, and Mike (Amy) Redin, Jr.; grandchildren, Michael DeMinico, Matthew DeMinico, Olivia DeMinico, Jake Redin, Audrey Redin and Bode Redin; sister, Cynthia Redin; brother, Timothy (Janet) Redin; and sister, Bonnie (Ernie) Gralia.
Michael was in the construction industry for 45 years, originally owning a residential home building business and then acting as a Project Manager for several commercial building companies. There was nothing Michael enjoyed more than spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren who brought him the utmost joy. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Robert Byrne, M.D. and the entire staff at Holyoke Medical Center for all their kindness and compassion. A funeral mass will held at St. Michael’s Parish, East Longmeadow, MA on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 11:30 AM. The church will open at 11:00AM to receive relative and friends. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
