Natasha C. Perez

Indian Orchard – Devoted single mother and dedicated to her family, Natasha Carmita Perez, 33, sadly passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center. She will be remembered for her compassion and ambition. She was striving for excellence and constantly working to improve herself and be a good example for her daughter. Tasha’s greatest joy and focus was her daughter Naionna Olivia Perez. Tasha’s funny sense of humor and charisma will be greatly missed.  Born in Springfield, she graduated from Longmeadow High School in 2002 and recently received her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy at STCC in May 2018.

Tasha is survived by her amazing daughter Naionna Perez, her mother Cynthia (Gonzalez) Kelly, her father Ernesto Perez, her only brother Jovan Perez, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Tasha’s life will begin with visiting hours on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 4:00-7:00pm at Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation on 220 North Main Street in East Longmeadow. It will continue on Saturday, November 24th with a visiting hour from 9:00-10:00am followed by a ceremony at 10:00am at the funeral home and burial will follow.
