Rhonda Leah Nichols

On the night of January 12th 2021, at 53 years old, Rhonda L. “Frye” Nichols who was a graduate of The High School of Commerce in 1986, peacefully passed away in her sleep, after spending her last few moments with her granddaughters. Rhonda was the eldest daughter of the late Edwin and Brenda (Langley) Frye.
Rhonda was not only a daughter, but a loving mother, a great friend, a big sister, a reliable aunt, a favorite cousin and a phenomenal, radiant and independent woman She loved to have fun. Whether that was being at or having a cook-out, playing pool with her friends, or just being at home with her family, she always had a smile on her face and her arms wide open. She will be immensely missed by her baby sisters Stacia E Frye and Catherine A Fickling, her ex husband and good friend Ronald Damon Nichols Sr., her children Ronald Damon Nichols JR, James Anthony Nichols, Parris Damien Nichols, Kenya Sharice Harris and Kendra Shaneice Harris, her nieces Annastasia Siobhan Smith, A’Lexus Nikkita Frye and her three granddaughters Arianna Giselle Nichols, Jade Daysi-Marie Nichols and Layla Evalisse Nichols. Funeral services will be held privately by the family.
