Rose Rossi

AGAWAM- Rose (Rossi) Rossi 70, beloved wife of Joseph Rossi, passed away on November 13, 2020; surrounded by her loving family following a courageous but brief battle with cancer.
She was born in Stafford, CT to the late Mario D. Rossi and Rose (Ferrioli) Rossi. Rose was a graduate of West Springfield High School; and received her Master ‘s Degree from Westfield State University. She retired as a school teacher from the Springfield School System. Rose and her husband were also auctioneers throughout the New England area. In addition to her husband, she leaves one daughter Kara Maruca , her husband Umberto Maruca of Monson. Rose adored her three grandchildren, Dominic, Vincenzo, and Santina Maruca also of Monson.

Calling hours will take place from 9:00AM-10:00AM on Wednesday November 18, 2020 in the Colonial Forastiere Family Funeral Home, 985 Main St., Agawam. Services will being at 10:00AM from the funeral home with a Liturgy of Christian Burial offered up at 11:00 AM in Sacred Heart Church , 1065 Springfield St., Feeding Hills. Burial will follow in the Springfield Street Cemetery, Feeding Hills. Masks and social distancing required please. www.forastiere.com
