Theresa A. Losito

AGAWAM – Theresa “Tessie” A. Losito, 87, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2018. Born in Woodstock, VT on April 9, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Eleanor (Thompson) Paro. She was an active member of the Golden Ages, Chapter 2 and a member of the Alley Cats Bowling League. Tessie also enjoyed doing crafts, playing dominos with friends and going to Mohegan Sun Casino. Until recently, she would meet her classmates once a month for lunch as well. Predeceased by her husband Felix Losito; siblings George Paro and his wife Beverly, Joseph Paro and sister Marie Viens and her husband Francis, she leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Terry Nejfelt and her husband John of Somers, CT; sons Felix (Phil) Losito and his wife Judy of Southwick and John Losito and his wife Teresa of Easthampton, MA; grandchildren Kevin and his wife Jennifer, Katie and her husband Chris, Scott and his fiancée Andrea, Nina and her husband Forrest, Nicholas and his girlfriend Sarah and Felix; adored great granddaughters Sadie and Hadley; cherished lifelong family friend Pam Jakuboski as well as many other close friends and family. Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 4-7 PM at Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home, 985 Main Street, Agawam, MA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 beginning at 10:15 AM at the funeral home followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM at Sacred Heart Parish, Springfield Street, Feeding Hills. Committal services will be at 1 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Main Street, Agawam.
