Tracy Marie Walsh

Tracy Marie (Tessier) Walsh, 47, died on Thursday August 4, 2022 after a long illness. She will be deeply missed by her family, her loving husband of 25 years Ed Walsh, her son, and pride and joy, Justin Walsh, her parents Ernie and Rose Marie (Duford) Tessier, her favorite sister Ann Moore and her husband Shea, her special nieces Jeanette, Gabby and Denise, her close friends, the Thibodeau Family and Marra Family, her dog and companion Casey, and her growing extended family.
Tracy was a woman full of spunk, life, and fun. She grew up in Chicopee, and graduated from Comprehensive High School. She worked in many retail stores, helping customers and working with kids. She was at Stop & Shop, Five Below, the Chicopee School System, and KB Toys. Tracy loved to be with her friends and family, and was always the life of the party. She was always ready for a good shopping trip, or a car ride just to drive, and she loved to go to the beaches. She appreciated the little things in life, and was generous and kind.
Tracy loved her family deeply, and was so proud of her son Justin. She was close with her sister, and adored her nieces. As much as she loved her family, she might have loved Mickey Mouse just a little more. Her collection of mementos, knick-knacks and character animals filled her house. She and Ed were able to travel to Disney World for a very special vacation they both will never forget. One of her favorite pastimes was watching the butterflies visit her bush right outside her porch, and she would sit there with them all the time. When you see a butterfly, think of Tracy, and her colorful, bright and magnetic soul.
Her family would like to extend a sincere thanks to her dear friends, the Thibodeaus and Marras, who stayed with her and visited with her all through her illness, and helped support her family during this difficult time.
Everyone is invited to gather and remember Tracy on Tuesday August 9, 2022 from 6pm – 7pm in Colonial Forastiere Funeral & Cremation, 985 Main St., Agawam MA.
